With a diverse experience spanning over nine years, his expertise covers Audit, Investigation, Due Diligence, Taxation (both Direct and Indirect), Company Law Matters for both domestic and international companies, Management Consultancy, Information System Audit, and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). His clientele ranges from large to medium-sized companies, firms, banks, trusts, societies, charitable and educational institutions, as well as several renowned individuals.

Mr. Jha has also closely collaborated with multinational corporations, public sector undertakings, and banks, including HCL Technologies, Excel Technologies, ICICI Bank Ltd, and the National Highway Authority of India, contributing significantly to their Audits and Finance departments over an extended period.
