Mr. Sameer Kumar Pandey became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2012, following his completion of a B. Com degree in 2006 and a law degree in 2014. He possesses extensive knowledge in corporate law, income tax, indirect tax (including service tax), and international taxation. Initially practicing as an individual member in the chartered accountancy profession, Mr. Pandey joined the esteemed Delhi-based CA firm V. Sahai Tripathi & Company in 2013. There, he managed a variety of assignments, including bank audits, trust audits, society audits, and company audits.

In 2016, Mr. Pandey transitioned to S K Misra & Gujarati (SKMG) as a Taxation Manager, specializing in law and tax-related matters. Currently, he supports various startups, including those in the dairy farm, college, and plywood factory sectors, and oversees Goods and Services Tax (GST) matters for the company. His work involves conducting statutory, internal, and concurrent audits for a wide range of corporate and non-corporate clients. Mr. Pandey has a keen interest in transfer pricing and cross-border taxation. He leads the Lucknow Branch of S K Misra & Gujarati (SKMG), a position he assumed in 2020, further establishing his role in heading the branch office in Lucknow.
